Back on Monday, Seonghwa was announced as the face of Isabel Marant’s Hommes Spring-Summer 2025 campaign, partnering alongside the renowned supermodel and veteran Marant face Kate Moss. While perhaps not the most surprising move considering his evident love of the brand and attendance of their show last September, it has ATINY excited to see the launch.
Seonghwa has not been shy about his love of Isabel Marant as a brand, both for the clothing he’s allowed to wear and the way that the clothing speaks to him. He has previously said that he’s always been drawn towards femininity in terms of style. While he previously showed reservations about exploring into that realm, he has evolved and cultivated his style and persona to really show the balance between both masculine and feminine he exudes in his fashion as well as his own personal identity. The result appears to be a confident and emotionally honest man who is not only capable of expressing his emotions, but encourages those around him to mirror that tenderness.

The announcement video featured both Seonghwa and Moss modeling some of the looks that we may expect in the new campaign as the focal point against an all-white backdrop. Seonghwa absolutely stunned with the looks he was outfitted in. He first walked onto the set wearing a black shirt with embroidery resembling Ukrainian patterning, and a pair of black pants that appeared to have been decorated with colorful patchwork accents, simple black belt, tanned shoulder bag, and the Jolan necklace before donning a faded-pink denim jacket. In his second look, he sports a monochrome, red-chocolate button-up and pants combination paired with a belt reminiscent of the existing Bali Belt and a pair of Aviator Tymo sunglasses.
The line itself seems to be drawing inspiration from a smattering of cultural influences, from the fringe and materials that provide a bit of a western, almost cowboy influence with that of more contemporary shapes of the garments themselves. Pairing that with the unique approach to embroidery that we typically see in the Marant Etoile collection gives a very beautiful, chic blend of a sophisticated elegance and the durability of an everyday outfit, which gives value to the clothing outside of just the name recognition.

It’s very likely then that we will continue to see Seonghwa present through this coming fashion week. We have also gotten confirmation of Wooyoung’s attendance to the Courrèges show in March and ATINY have pretty much assumed that San will be present for the Dolce & Gabbana show. As we get closer, we’ll be able to see if more of the ATEEZ members will be able to confirm a spot amid the line-up for the shows.
