While ATEEZ as a group has had a Wikipedia page for some time now, the individual members haven’t yet had their own individual articles on the site. This isn’t unusual, as there actually aren’t a ton of fourth generation K-Pop idols who have their own page on Wikipedia at this time. There’s a certain number of criteria that an artist needs to have their own article on the site, so it’s not something that just anyone can make.

However, Hongjoong has now become the first member of ATEEZ to have his own personal Wikipedia page!

It’s not a bare-bones article either. In the introduction alone, his position in ATEEZ is mentioned alongside the 141 songs he has credited to his name under KOMCA, which is something he should be immensely proud of.

Along with some information about his personal history and career both before and after joining ATEEZ, the article also makes note of his impact in the fashion industry so far.

Additionally, his impressive history of philanthropic activities is also shared in the article, which we’re very glad to see.

His solo discography and filmography are listed next, and then comes his long list of credited songs! For nearly all 141 songs on the list, he’s credited with the lyrics, and for many of them he’s credited for the music as well.

Based on Wikipedia’s standards, a person’s notability is the determining factor for whether or not they should have their own individual article. You can read a bit more about those criteria below.

We hope that other members of ATEEZ also soon get their own individual pages, particularly Mingi, who also has a lot of songs credited under his name!
