While the members of ATEEZ are no stranger to appearances at fashion events around the world, this week will mark the first time Yunho will appear at a fashion week show. 

Taking place at the Dongdaemun Design Complex in Seoul, Yunho will attend the 25 Fall/Winter show for KWAKHYUNJOO COLLECTION after being invited by the designer. This year’s theme is ‘LOOK AT THE THREAD’.

Founded in 2011 by Kwak Hyun-Joo, the designer brand’s concept states that it “allows the co-existence of women and men with acrobatic ‘good sense’ to work together, in creation of the love of the fashion and fashion cultures while they are engaged in their own professional fields.” With past shows being attended by several other notable idols, the brand often utilizes oversized fits and various cuts of blazers, all inspired by the designer’s daily life. It also places an emphasis on colorful patterns and mixing prints, with its 24FW collection being inspired by Alice in Wonderland. 

The brand has previously worked to create stage outfits for several notable groups, including aespa, SEVENTEEN, and MONSTA X. It was also awarded Designer of the Year in 2015 by the Council of Fashion Designers of Korea. 

Overall, the brand ties quite well with Yunho’s personal style, which often features both blazer silhouettes and brands by Korean designers. Being Yunho’s first appearance at a fashion week, this represents an important opportunity to not only build a relationship with this brand, but also sets the stage for future fashion show appearances.
